The
Challenge
The goal was to create a one-of-a-kind trip that brought our client, Copenhagen Studios, together with long-term partners while spotlighting the new AW collection. We aimed to present the brand in an emotional and authentic way, engaging both the community and potential customers. Our focus was on relationship building, brand positioning, and driving conversions.

The Idea
In order to enable a brand trip that stands up, we chose a unique, high-class location in the wonderful nature of Finnish Lapland that underlines our client’s brand identity and offers a beautiful scenery to create expressive content. Unique activities ensured varied storytelling for our international content creators and performance influencers as well as an authentic incorporation of the new collection. We organised a guest set-up for 16 guests to generate high-quality content for all of our client's platforms as well as traffic for the online shop. We also integrated different suitable brand partners that again increased the event’s reach and value.
The
Impact
With the reach of the influencers and content creators, targeted buying impulses and engaging activities and a holistic content and communication strategy on all of our client's platforms, we effectively ensured a high level of brand awareness, identification and increased brand interest among customers.
The event not only generated unique and relevant content, but also high-quality material for web and social media platforms through our campaign photographers. This combination of engaging content and influencer visibility effectively raised brand awareness and increased customer interest in the brand.
The
Output
Extensive scouting of locations, activities, and guests, combined with continuous client consultation and long-term influencer relationships, contributed to the trip’s success. 900,000 profiles reached via our guests' stories, a follower increase of +13K new followers, 1.5M own IG reach, 41 unpaid IG assets, 9 unpaid TikTok assets, 55,000 link clicks and a strong return on invest of 5.
Beyond the economic success, the overwhelmingly positive feedback from our client, partner brands, guests, and the client’s community highlights the strengthened relationships, enhanced customer loyalty, and long-term impact of the project.
