Challenge
Following the significant success of the first exclusive bag drop in fall 2024, the second co-creation between MICHI VON WANT & Les Visionnaires was not supposed to be just “more of the same.” The challenge: How do you further develop a strong concept without repeating it — & how do you manage to not only engage with the community, but also actively involve it?

The
Idea
Instead of a traditional staging, this time the community itself took the center stage. Five of Michi's followers were part of the pre-launch shoot, were the first to experience the collection, help design it & share their perspectives. With muted tones such as chocolate & gray, the look of the new collection was met with genuine emotions & personal stories. Our highlight? The launch event with the motto: “We're bringing Paris to Cologne.” A location with Parisian flair, French dinner, live music & a curated brand corner made the evening a social-first experience that was designed around content & community from start to finish.
The
Impact
The project succeeded in translating a stylish capsule collection into a genuine brand experience. The combination of creator perspectives, community voices & a high-quality event not only generated strong reach, but also identity & genuine brand trust. The implementation was entirely focused on relevance, shareability & organic storytelling — from seeding to selfies to the live experience.
The
Output
A reach of over 11 million on launch day, more than 87 active seedings & high-performance social-first assets ensured high visibility & strong engagement across all channels. Community activation led to intense content dynamics surrounding the launch, with a measurable impact on brand perception & a significant sales boost during the campaign period. A success across the board: relevance, community engagement & commercial performance!
